• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2023 Kia Telluride Discussion

I’m thinking looking at your video the only way around Kia’s new eye sore lower grille is have it ….painted . I’m on order for a 23 dark moss SX P. More details will be out in a few weeks
Dark Moss is my second choice and I agree the grey mouth is kind of ugly on that color. Paint to match would definitely be my choice too.

Usually a turbo is going to require premium fuel
Most new turbo vehicles don't recommend premium gas.

The only Kia that currently requires premium is the Stinger. None of their other cars/SUVs with turbo engines do.

Kia of Muncie selling at MSRP if anyone is interested . 10 to 12 months out on ordered Tellurides . I ordered a 23 Dark Moss SX P Last month .
I would expect longer! I ordered in October last year with a 6-8 mo estimate and still haven’t been picked up.

Really reminds me of the Toyota 4runner. Which, I get with the X-line and X-pro to give it the off road feel. Even the 4runner offers painted lower grille. Will be interested to see if that's an option or a requirement.

Did Muncie give you a list of order # . Did you ask how many ordered tellurides they receive every month. You should be one of the first buyers to get a 23 since production stopped on 22 models

With what little we know so far, maybe Kia will surprise us all and provide some options to customize. Can't recreate my '22 order, so I'll most likely go with a white SX X-Line with Terracotta interior. I'll see how the front bumper piece looks and worst case get it wrapped

That is laughably bad. Who okayed that change?

Just curious, has anyone driven the new QX60? I don’t normally care for Nissan cars, but it does offer an attractive package at a competitive price.
we went to see the new qx60 at launch, it cost about $25k more, but wifey liked it so i put down a refundable advance. later when the called to tell me my unit is ready, i cancelled and got a refund. after checking forums, its just more of the same and they $25k more than a fully loaded telluride with less options. this was months ago so i dont remember much but the things i didnt like/ features missing on the qx60 were - (1. no interior ambient lighting), oh crap, there were few more but i cant remember.

Do keep in mind that Kia stated that with the MY2023 there will be a 20% increase in production.
damn but this point is moot if they dont actually move to MY 2023 production which no one seems to know when and kia is no help with any questions

Worst timing ever. Dealership called me even though I haven't placed an order and have a 2022 Gravity Gray S that someone backed out on. With the improvements on the interior and not knowing the details with the new trims and colors, my heart is set on a 2023. The DRLs and exterior changes do not turn me off. Am I stupid to turn it down?
nope, i did the same, they called me last month and i turned it down

That's all I use anyway so bring on the turbo!

its 1st september already, bloody hell, kia will make us wait for another month i think

I do think the MY2022 builds are wrapping up quickly. The dealer I ordered with peaked at 26 units within the last 30 days on 8-28 and now that number has dropped to 15.

All of the Genesis turbo models require premium and I would bet your paycheck that this will be the same powertrain.

I test drove a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy trim today. It was available and two limited available for me to reserve. It was great and all the features made it very desirable. I could have purchased at msrp without any add ons. The 2023 grill for the palisade looks so much better than the older ones. I’m in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The salesman had said someone backed out on the calligraphy so i walked in on the right day.

I guess my point is Kia needs to get on the ball.. i didn’t pull the trigger today because i don’t think i need all the add ons and will be ok with a lower trim. If i could have reserved a SEL or XRT, i probably would have. If the dealership gets the trim i want before I can even place an order for a 2023 telluride, I probably will

Which Hyundai dealer?

New to forum ... Looking to get some insight into 2023 Telluride EX availability... Dealer tells me that there is 6-8 month wait and they dont know when it will be... Friend who works in Hyundai dealership said 2023 Telluride will be available by Sept 2022 month end... not sure what is true... any insights...
Unless your friend pulls rabbit out of hat for you, U R looking at up to a year wait for Telluride.

This afternoon when I was out, I saw a Nissan Pathfinder. White with black roof, I think. Not bad looking. Could Pathfinder be an alternative vehicle if I cannot get Telluride or Palidsade? I had Nissan vehicles years ago but nothing lately.
