• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2023 Kia Telluride Discussion

8,000+ miles on my 23 sofar, everything is working great (knock on wood) I FINALLY get my facotry hitch installed in a few days, that's been a long & painful wait for somebody who regularly tows...
16k on mine with no issues. As far as the factory hitch, is this something dealers can do now? I did not get one on my prestige but it could come in handy.

I just upgraded from a 2021 Kia Telluride EX to 2024 Kia Tellluride SX Pro. I expected the new one would have similar gas mileage given essentially same body and engine those years.

But the difference is staggering. With the 2021, I used to average between 21 (city) and 25 (highway). With the new 2024, I am seeing a range between about 16 (city) and 20 (highway).

My range for a full tank also was typically 400 miles with the 2021, but now after a fill-up shows only about 350 miles.

What might be the difference to be so substantial?

New engine still breaking in, unit to unit variation/tolerance, you won the defect lottery… could be lots of things.

likely will even out to your previous mileage, give it time for the engine to break in
