• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just picked up a '23 S trim. One of the listed features is called Driver Talk. That icon is not showing up on ours. Is anyone else running into this?
Maybe it's supposed to be for higher trim levels, but it's clearly listed as a feature on the website.

Yea, got the same issue on mine. '23 EX X-line. If you go on the website and build it, it says that it is a standard feature for this trim. But there is no icon. Asked the dealer and they agreed, they said it should be there but its not. Not sure what's going on, interestingly it is not listed on the window sticker as a feature though. Perhaps the website is not accurate, perhaps it really isn't an option for lower trim levels. All the necessary hardware should be in the vehicle. Seems like it's just missing the necessary software.

We've got the same issue. Our dealership thinks it has to do with having a bench-seat in the middle instead of captain's chairs. Are ya'lls bench or captains?

Captain’s chairs.

Wow... looks like they have changed the website and removed it from all trims below the SX. I've got a case being worked in from Kia Customer Support but I'm beginning to think they are going to just brush this off their radar.

I haven't tried this myself yet but here's a video on it -
doesn't seem to be a physical button for it but it's within the digital interface.

Yeah that's a 2021. We had the feature on our 2021 as well. It's the 2023 models that they appear to have released without it on all trims under the SX trim even though the website clearly showed it to be standard on all trims until they recently removed it from their website.

Oh, interesting. Hopefully a dealership can help with it.

I had a support case in to Kia Customer Affairs and kept getting promises that it was getting escalated but called again to get an update last night and the rep said there is nothing more to be resolved as their data shows the feature isn't supposed to be there. Accordingly, I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau Auto Line to see if I can get any help there (800-955-5100). I'd really appreciate if anyone else who bought one with the understanding that this feature came with it (as the website indicated when orders were originally placed) would call in as well.

If BBB can't help, I'm intending to talk to some lawyers to see if there is a case to be pursued. I've got a solid screenshot of the website from when I ordered and received the vehicle showing the feature as standard on my trim, so my hope is there is something of substance to demand Kia delivers what they sold, but perhaps I'm just a small fish in too big of a pond on the matter - we will see. My dealership is being overall hands off and just saying I had access to the same info they did and therefore they have no part in the matter,

Really? A lawyer because it doesn’t have passenger talk? We have it on our 21 and never use it. what Is your goal for the lawyer besides a bill?
