If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Addendum

I place an order at Fort Bend Kia last month at MSRP for SX P AWD w/ towing package. This was after going to Community KIA with $5K over MSRP and then I talked them down to $2K above MSRP; however, I still walked away after telling them I am not paying more than MSRP.

What color did you go with? Have you received any updates regarding your order?

Love that dark Moss. I would probably look at EX. Not sure what I would miss on that model as I can't get my hands on a brochure anywhere.

@Tompa, for real? I mean I just googled Kia Telluride Brochure... ;)

You just select Telluride... and can download the PDF. It's a good brochure that compares trims.

The EX is a great choice if its in your budget and you like the bench seat. Certainly has several upgrades over the S and LX.

Looks like you have great advice from folks on here for which dealers to contact to complete your order.

Houston peeps... Call Ferguson Kia in Tulsa. Ask for Mike Mellor. All Telluride MSRP. No Markup. No games. tell him Joe sent you.

Flights aren't bad..

I was wanting to purchase a Kia Telluride in NM, when I walked in to order a Telluride, I was told that they added a 4500 addendum, for life time car wash, spraying my seats with scotch guard, tint on windows and paint patchup, each kia dealerships are taking advantage of Kia Telluride buyers because of how fast they are selling, I drove to Texas because it is only 1 hr away and at that dealership there were charging 3500 for spraying scotch guard on seats, window tint and someting else that avarges about 200.00 if you did it your self. I was really lookig forward to owning another Kia but after I decovered how they were trying to take advantage of me I got pretty dissappointed and walked out of dealerships, I am going to start looking for another vechicle and probably will never go back to a Kia dealership again. I am pretty discusted with anyone that takes advantage of any situation like these, its a form of gouging and I wish everyone would fell the same way I do because if they did they would not be able to get a way when what they are currently doing. Read on Dealership Addendum (Scams) to get the full story on what dealership addendum is.

Best of Luck to anyone buying a telluride and hope you can get a fair price

Yeah, frustrating, but not uncommon for new models. Just have to know where to shop... well order from! Almost like online shopping... just order to a dealer out of state and then have it transported or drive it home. We could have told you of good dealers in Dallas area, another in Minnesota, or of course Kia of Muncie Indiana. The forum superstar and savior of some!

Kia dealerships have a long way to go and it can be a turnoff just dealing with dealers. I do hope that they eventually improve. Now go get that used Q7 or Mercedes GLS 450! :)

Things like this should never happen. Sorry for the experience you received.

FWIW - the 'invoice price' included on most online sources (last time I looked) did not include a $439 item for "DMG CONTRIBUTION"... which I believe is another term for 'Advertising'

Or Sean Clemons at Ferguson. Have purchased twice with him. An ace of a guy.
