Aftermarket Wheels for the Telluride

I'm thinking the same. Want to swap out my S trim wheels for silver machined finish or aluminum with black accents. Not sure if I want the Black Copper with Black wheels combo.
I'm changing mine out to black and brushed aluminum tomorrow. I think the black Tellys (non-nf) look unbalanced with black wheels. I will post some pics once they're on.

What wheel you going with? I'm look at Road Force RF15 or Koko Kuture Kapan.

Curious to what everyone else is looking at . Ive been looking at the Savani BM13 machined with black accent but open to other combo wheels.

I deliberately bought the EX to avoid the bucket seats in 2nd row and the 20" wheels... bad experiences with 20s on my Jeep GC, so I've gone aftermarket with 18 x 9 x 114.3 wheels and 265/65/18 tires, all aggressive. I'll post some photos as soon as I get this Truxxx leveling kit leveled or removed... LOL. Already looking legit for occasional off-road excursions.

Does anyone have traditional (silver) or gunmetal wheels on a Wolf Grey or Moss NFE?

I’ve personally never liked black wheels so I’m leaning towards aftermarket but would like to see photos if anyone else has done this before ordering my Telly.

Some may wonder why get NFE in the first place. Well non-NFE SX also get black wheels + I’m mostly leaning toward NFE for the dark window trim and emblems. Grille I could go either way.

I’m looking at powder coating the sx wheels to be two toned . I’ve looked at after market wheels as well but from a cost perspective of wheels and tires I may try powder coating route first

I’d do that too if I liked the stock SX wheels. Maybe they’re too trendy for me. I like more traditional 8-, 9- or 10-spoke wheels where every spoke is identical

Offset doesn’t mean much in isolation. What is the width of the wheel?

If you’re close to rubbing you also need to consider the dimensions of the tires.
How wide can you go with the factory sx 20' tires? I know stock wheels are 7.5 came you go 8.5 and still use tires?

I personally wound not. I know certain fandoms (VW for instance) love to stretch and poke. I’d rather have the appropriate sized tire for the wheel’s dimensions.

If you’re selling stock wheels sell them with tires or sell the tires separately. Make a little extra. Get new tires for the new wheels. Net net it would cost a bit more but IMHO it’s the only way to go. Especially if the right tire choice ends up being the difference between a relatively innocuous flat and a cracked rim.

Thanks for the advice. Still trying to decide between powder coating the SX wheels are starting from scratch all together. I want the two-tone look with black accents and not all black wheels.

S and EXP wheels have a two-tone appearance. Maybe you can swap with someone

Love it... before you installed the lift kit did these tires rub anywhere, even on full lock?
Yes, they rubbed a little at full lock without the lift. They rubbed in a different spot after the lift. Both spots were easy to heat up with a heat gun and push out for no rubbing.
