In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Aftermarket Wheels for the Telluride

I see you put the other emblems on there. Were they easy?
Yes, super easy. I got the ones from the store here. The 3m tape is already inserted so you literally just stick them on. Totally recommend.

As a Canadian, I had to Pre-order my SX Limited.
Shoudl be here April 22 or so.

Seems to be some conflicting info on the offset of the wheel. last I heard it was +45 so "Deep dish" wheels will not be an option.
However a search on the dicount tire site reveals 2 deeper set options.

Anyone know what the offset is? Im going to order the wheels before the car arrives so the dealership can swap the stock tires to winters (will have the sexy black rims for when the snow comes, here in Canada its required for insurance) and then dive off the lot with my Chrome wheel.

going to stcik with 20" but a 255 tire.

Any other sites have the Telluride as an option?
Anyone have the complete specs for Wheels?

So youre going stock wheel and a new wider tire for Summer and a new wheel / tire set up for winter ? I'm thinking I like the US black 20" wheels for all year but would like a staggered set up and go with a HPAS tire like the Conti DWS Ultra .................when Tirerack get the 20" spec they should be a good reference point , currently they only show the 18"............... did the dealer deal on the price ?? you might be the first Canadian Telly owner here !

totally pumped to get this bad boy, We didnt get any of the TV adverts here (super bowl included), but it appeared on my fave youtube review channel, redline reviews. I was JUST about to buy an explorer platinum. saving $10,000 CAD with the telly, and I already own a soul and know the warrenty and maitnenace is amazing.

Stock Black Rims (that come on the SX, dealer will swap the stock tire for winter rubber.
(its caled SX limited here for the napa leather captain chair combo)

Buying a chrome wheel and summer set of tires, which the dealer will arrange for me once I make my selection and just roll it into the finance price and install before I drive it off the lot.

because of the offset, deep dish style rims are not possible, but ther is room for wider tires. 255 fits easily.
Once I get it, I'll post pics.

looking at these, or something similar, really want that lip. but really dont thikn they will fit.

If the offset wont allow for them, going with these, or something similar

From what I've seen the 20 inch black rims are NOT available in Canada ??, or certainly not spec'd as OEM on the SX Limited here , is your dealer discounting or are they frim on MSRP ??

All the models here come with the Black rims.
HA! discount? not a chance, but there will not be any charge for chaning to the winters.
I might be able to keep the stock all seasons, sell them to my tire guy for $ off the Chrome wheels and tires. which will probably be somewher in the $3,000 CAD range.

Black ? well thats interesting , my dealer sent me the CND specs which didnt show any black ? I've sent Tirerack a note requesting they update their site for the 20 inch wheel /tire options , they show only the 18 now so it should happen soon . Craigslist is my go to for selling tires , got $1400 for my OEM tires off the Stinger ...................

My SXL should arrive here in late April early May as well. ZERO possibility of getting those sexy black rims up here in Canada. Almost a deal breaker for me. But hopefully I can find some decent aftermarket rims in black.

20x8.5 with 255/50 R20 35 offset. I purchased them through discount tire direct. It was the only place i could find that had the Telluride listed with 20in wheels.

awesome, thanks! been looking there too. are they the mustang performance ones? have you noticed any differences with the slightly larger tires/wheels?
