Hi all! I’m Tonya and I’ve had my Telly S for about 15 months— and I’ve loved everything about it- until about days ago. I locked the doors after getting my son out of his booster seat and went into the store. After several minutes I heard my car alarm going off, I walked outside and sure it was. (Nothing in the vehicle, obviously no doors or lift gate ajar bec I wouldn’t be able to lock it) I thought maybe something was pushing on my key fob in my purse so I took it out and held on to it, and again after I got back in the store it went off again! then just yesterday I was in line at Marshalls with an armload of school clothes and I heard the damn thing going off againnnn! Threw clothes down, Walked out, turned it off. This Time I had a shopping bag of light stuff on the rear(folded down) seats. I’ve seen there may be an electrical issue- any body have similar stories? I called the service dept and the guy sounded so dumb- “did you make sure the hood is down, doors closed, nobody dinged or dented the side door?!” What?! Do I need to replace a fob battery already? I do not want this happening in the middle of the night waking my neighborhood! Thanks!!

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum.
