• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Anyone look into installing a 3rd party alarm system? I want to add a glass break sensor and shock sensor to the Telluride, whether that's possible just adding to the Kia security system or installing a 3rd party system like Viper or Python, etc. My understanding is that the Kia alarm system only sounds the horn if the doors are opened when locked. My Telluride order isn't due to arrive for a few months, so I'm just researching while waiting... I understand the concept of not leaving valuables in the car, which I don't, but being that the Telluride is a great looking vehicle, it would still attract attention for theft.
