• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... First off let me say that I looked for my answer using the search box and had no luck.

Whenever I have my android auto running and I want to listen to either fm or xm radio, I press the mode button and Android auto closes and the radio screen pops up. I didn't have this issue when I first got my Telly a few months back but here lately, I haven't been able to get it to function properly. Is there a setting I need to change or is it something else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Kevin

The easiest thing to do is to program your favorite (star) button to phone projection (that’s Android Auto here). Then you can start AA, make sure nothing is playing, then flip over to radio (either via the steering wheel mode button or the radio hard button), get it on the station you want, hit the star, and you’ll flip back over to the AA interface, but radio will continue to play.
