10/100 or 8/120 $100 moreJason do you still have the 10/100,000 or did it switch to 8/120,000. I have 500 miles left till my decision is made for me, LOL. Still weighing it out. I am more inclined if its the 10/100.
You are very welcome! Stay Safe.We bought our's yesterday from Muncie. Great deal, great service. $1400.00 cheaper than the dealer for 8 years 120,000 miles. Hope we never have to use it. Thanks Jason.
Thank You!Bought warranty about 3 weeks ago from Kia of Muncie. I purchased the 8 year/120,000 mile extended warranty for $1,578. Kia of Muncie was about $1,000 cheaper than my local dealer wanted for their 10 year/150,000 miles of coverage from a company i can't remember now. Jason and Craig with Kia of Muncie were fantastic and easy to deal with and i am happy with the extra coverage i got for the price if it is needed. Thanks again Kia of Muncie and Jason and Craig!!
You are welcome, Jason, as you and Craig made the process easy and painless. I was just happy to get the extended warranty for the price which saved me over what my local dealer wanted to charge for their extended warranty. Thanks again to you and Craig and i hope Kia of Muncie gets through this pandemic unscathed when the stay at home orders are lifted as i am in Virginia and we have one currently in effect until June 10thThank You!
Good information to know, Thanks!!They represent it as Kia but in actuality, it’s a third party named Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc based in Deerfield Beach, FL. (www.fidelitywarrantyservices.com) The contract paperwork that they printed & placed in my glove box without reviewing with me once I signed, has the Kia logo at the top with the title “Kia Care Choice Maintenance Plan” and “Mechanical Failure Service Contract”.
I made the mistake of letting myself be talked into both the maintenance plan & extended warranty, with the understanding that I could cancel at anytime. Well, when I got home after purchasing my Telluride and looked over the fine print, almost everything that the finance manager told me that he used justify the cost of the plans was contradicted by the contract. I purchased my vehicle on 7/1 and emailed the finance manager the same night that I wanted to cancel both since what he told me was incorrect regarding the plans.
Long story short, I had to drive the 52 miles down to the dealership today to FINALLY turn in my written & signed cancellation request because I couldn’t get any response from Kia of Irvine that they had received my email, even after sending 3 different times AND even including the General Manager. I think they were trying to ignore my request until a specific number of days before letting me cancel so that they got paid for the contracts.
I’ll post the contract paperwork & fine print later today.
