I have a $3,000 deposit holding one at a dealer near Atlanta, and it is scheduled to arrive next Friday 10/2. Price was $2,900 over MSRP + $699 dealer fee (not awesome, I know, but its Wolf Gray with little wait).

I have a dealer closer to me that I'm able to buy from now. Much less hassle for me as I have a trade in.

Non-refundable. Doesn't mean they wouldn't refund but I'd rather stand by my word than try to weasel out.

Yeah, this is a tough one. It’s not like they would have a hard time selling the car if you walk away from deal. Good luck figuring it out

Maybe just ask the dealer if they can sell it then you get your refund no harm for anyone? Guaranteed they sell it immediately
