  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Anyone out of state order from Fowler recently?

We ordered our ‘22 Telly from Fowler, and Brandon was our sales person. We’re now in the market for a second vehicle to replace an old one, but likely doing a different model.

We wanted to work with Brandon again since he made our experience so seamless, including arranging transport. Emailed both email addresses on file for him, haven’t heard back.

Reached out to Fowler on social media a few days ago to ask if he was still part of the team, as we want to buy from them again. They’d read the message but never responded. Thought they’d at least put us in touch with someone else since we’re repeat buyers. When they were i25, everyone was so responsive and helpful.
 
I don't think Brandon is with them anymore. He's not listed on their website staff page.

I'm not out of state, but do live 7 hours from there. I have been working with Brexton (newbie and yet helpful/motivated).

I do know they have had some issues with their phones/communication system recently. I finally had to call in to the general sales number yesterday and I got a new contact number for Brexton! So, try giving them a call directly and see how that goes.

Otherwise they have been very helpful. I currently have my name on one of the hail damaged cars coming into their dealership and I'm also in line to order a 2024 as that is available. We shall see which one shows up first!
