• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I’m looking at hitch mounted racks for my e-bikes and the Thule Easyfold XT looks like it is potentially the best fit for a bike with a step-through frame and fenders. It’s the fenders that are the issue. A 1Up is a possibility; they have a cushion for use with fenders but I’m not sure it’s the best solution.

Getting back to the Thule … looking at the documentation online, Thule specifies a minimum distance of 1.5 inches between the end of the hitch and the hole for the hitch pin. I measured my hitch — OE the Kia hitch that comes with the towing package — and it looks like it is either exactly an inch and a half, or a little less.

So, before I drop a bunch of cash and find out whether or not it’ll work, is anyone using one of these racks with a Kia hitch? Thanks.
