Does anyone know what steps to get the light in the door handle and inside the vehicle to come on "ON APPROACH", I have both boxes check in the convenience screen for "on unlock" and "approach" and the map light button depressed. Everything seem to work if I use my key fob to unlock, but doesn't do it on approach. thanks.

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help.
