If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Does anyone have any early info on what the August Incentives, Rebates, etc etc will be? Mine is supposed to be delivered next month and I'm trying to crunch numbers.

Also, does anyone know if they will still honor the Founders Club deals if you ordered your Telluride way back in March/April when Founders Club was still active? (First month payment on them up to $750)

I signed up for the founder's club in March or so, but never got any email afterwards so online I created a case number and someone was to followup with me within 48 hours. I never received a call/voicemail/email.
Months later, I spoke with Kia corporate on Friday and they had my case number in their system and allege that the woman that deals with the founders club called and left me two voicemails (lie). Regardless, they said even if the dealer does not honor the founder's club, to call Kia who will create a case number (for those who do not already have one) and then "they will do what they can do", so hopefully Kia corp. will still honor the founder's club payment directly.

Well that provides me with some hope. I really think that Kia should honor it since we are displaying this much brand loyalty by waiting 4-5 months for our vehicles to arrive....

After I had ordered in March I contacted KIA Customer service regarding the email with my Telluride Founders Club code and explained I had ordered but delivery was several months away. Kia customer service created a Case Number and told me to contact after I took delivery. I contacted back after delivery and then received email to forward copy of sales contract. I did that and received another email (28 Jun) stating I would receive Telluride Founders Club payment in 4-6 weeks. I just returned from vacation and the check was in my mail. I think there is a thread on the Founders Club and several other members that signed up for Founders Club and had there Founders Club email with code, contacted KIA customer service and were able to get the offer.
