• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Steer clear Romeo Kia Kingston NY. Promised a moss green S. They call today to say our vehicle was damaged in transit. I asked for pics of damage. They can’t produce that or a vin number. The whole thing was a lie. No such vehicle. Very angry right now.

Yes, this is something we've heard before. They say it when they get a better offer - or they never ordered the car. If there was one in transit that they supposedly promised you - they might have gotten a better offer from another dealer for a dealer trade and then just told you it was damaged. Sorry.

That’s where I got my Moss EX. They seemed pretty legit to me.
