• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hello. So I go camping often and decided to get a 30W solar panel trickle charger when I am off grid and the rig is just sitting there. It also made me think about my battery tender at home. And also future accessories or how many taps do I want off of the battery and how to check the health easily. So I made a harness as professional as I could. Volt meter on one plug and another available for trickle charging. See attached pictures.

Enjoy!

I can't tell from the pictures, but there should be a fuse in the positive leg mounted as close to as possible to the battery. If no fuse, you are really asking for trouble.
