  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hello Everyone,

My name is Keith from West Virginia.

I just ordered my Telluride EX from Parsons Kia in Winchester, VA and am looking at 6 or 7 months to get delivered and I might possibly end up with a 2023 model paying MSRP. Parsons Kia does not require a deposit but only that you finance thru them.

My wife and I have really educated ourselves this past 9 or 10 days about these excessive dealer markups on the Telluride and am willing to be patient to save 10 to 15 thousand dollars. There is no way that I will ever pay that amount over MSRP for any vehicle, so we are willing to wait it out.

I am really glad that I found this forum and will definitely get more involved when my EX arrives.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your brand new Telluride! What will the Telluride be replacing for you? I'm glad you found us. :) It's great that you're patient enough to wait and save. That's quite a lot of money to wait a bit. And really, a brand new 2023 will be pretty nice...

My new Telluride, when it arrives, will be replacing a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited AWD, 3.3 liter, with only 82,000 miles on it, loaded with a 3rd row seat. It has been a fantastic family vehicle with plenty of miles left on it. My wife and I have not yet decided if we will trade it or try to sell it outright.
Anyway we are looking forward and being very patient to pick up our new Telluride when it arrives in a few months.
BTW, Failcat.com is addictive.
