• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Bilstein is Test Fitting on Palisade

Any word on the Bilsteins?

are these going to be any different than the eibach springs?

B8 TerraSport lines are a complete lift kit, per what I see for other makes/models.

But they're also making replacement shocks and struts that should work with Eibach springs.

Hoping Bilstein will release something soon. I'm going to reach out and hope they have a update. If they do, I'll post any information later this week.

Anyone know of an update?

Still no listing from Bilstein for anything Telluride specific...

however...

KYB lists their OEM replacements for the 2020 Telluride (3440062) fits several other Hyundai and Kia models. I did a search on the Bilstein site for one of the other models that KYB listed replacements for (2017 Hyundai Tucson) and there seems to be products available for it...

Question now: what's the best way to confirm if the Bilstein products that fit the 2017 Hyundai Tucson will also fit the Telluride?

So reached out to Bilstein. They told me they may have something a year from now... little disappointed with that reply.

Looks like it's going to be awhile... if ever.

I posted a question on most recent palisade install of Bilstein shock on Youtube and got a response back. He said that they are dealer ordered parts so they do not have commercial part numbers associated with it, and the Bilstein will tell you the same thing. However, he said that if anyone's interested, he's willing to ship the parts from Korea to the stateside. I just asked how much to ship the front shocks or rear shocks or both to US and if they can accept US credit card (I've had some experience of US credit card not working on Korean websites).

Yes, I know this is ridiculous having to purchase Bilstein via Korean dealers. This can't be the only option.

Got a response back from the shop. $1000 for the full package (2F+2R) plus shipping is extra.

EDIT: You can use PayPal for payment.

Which ones are they? The B4 OEM replacements, or the B6 performance products?

All of the Palisade Bilstein installs were replacing the OEM with "B6 Sports Monotube struts". In the US, Here, I guess it's called B6 Performance struts.

This is their Youtube channel: í¼í¸ì¸ëª¨í°ì¤
This is the Palisade specific installation shorts video:

EDIT: Looking at cost of new Telluride specific OEM struts on Ebay, this does not seem to be an outrageous price...

Bilstein lists B6 products at $300++ plus tax each, so $1k for a set of 4 actually sounds good...

Any chance if you can ask your contact if they will work with Eibach lift springs? Guessing that should be a "yes" since they are spec'ed to replace OEM, but...

If Eibach lift springs work with OEM struts, then I don't see how Bilstein struts will be any different. In fact, all of the strut installation videos show reinstalling all of the factory parts including springs, sleeves, etc. Only item that is new & replaced are the struts themselves.

Got a buddy with a shop that specializes in Korean vehicles look into it.

Yes: there are Palisade specific Bilstein products available now for foreign markets and are "region-locked" there because they have not met USA regulations (yet) for sale here. It seems Bilstein is wrapped in red tape in the US.

He can also source them from their supplier in S Korea for almost the same price. He's waiting to see what those numbers look like compared to the $1k offer from the Korean youtuber mentioned in this thread. Might be just a few bucks or some change in difference.

@psanti seller confirmed Eibach lift spring is compatible with Bilstein.

Reached out to Bilstein. They are saying these S. Korean suppliers, specifically the one in the video are installing counterfeit/fake struts.
