Bluetooth Phone Issue

All of the sudden today when I get in the car and my phone connects through BT, the screen shows as if it's connected to a call and shows my phone number and the timer is counting but it's not really connected to a call. I don't know what may have changed or if there was an update or something. I have a Galaxy S10+. Anyone else having any issues like this?

My Sangria EX is on order. I have this same issue with my 2012 Soul+. Started 6 months ago. I just press the "Hang Up" button on the steering wheel.

I have a SX and also use a Galaxy S10+, but do not have the same issue. No bluetooth issues for me. I know the EX does and Kia release a software update for it, which you can get installed at a dealer.

May have happened to me once. I chalked it up to me butt dialing. Looking at my call list, I have no record of a call during that time....one to keep an eye on.

Well, the funny thing is that now it's back to normal after about 3 weeks of this happening. I have no idea what caused it.
