Saw this posted on another thread. It appears that--in Canada--Kia sells an OEM "Premium Cargo Liner" (Part No. S9H12AP000) that is an all weather cargo mat allowing for all-weather protection with a 60/40 split so you can have 3rd row seat back protection even if only a portion of the 3rd row...

I think what happened is that @GreekWiz was looking for the 60/40 (part number you provided) and they quoted for the WT (part number I provided) with WT floor liners. Ya, the dealer sucks...
