• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I picked up my Everlasting Silver EX AWD Telluride today. I bought it at Hatfield Kia in Columbus. I've bought many new cars and this was an excellent car buying experience

I did not order the vehicle. I stopped at Hatfield about about 3-4 weeks ago looking for a Telluride. They told me that an EX was arriving on August 19. It was the exact color I was looking for and had the features I wanted. So I ask them to hold it for me. They did not ask for any money down, which was awesome. I kept in contact with my salesperson so they knew I was serious.

My EX arrived yesterday. The dealer prepped it and I picked it up today. It looks so good and is loaded with cool features. I'm thrilled.

My salesperson, Jeff Kazee, is awesome. He actually sent me a video of my vehicle arriving and being unloaded off the auto carrier. Really cool to see it. Jeff was easy to work with, honest, and spent a significant amount of time with me, explaining all the features of the Telluride.

I shopped the the other Kia dealers in Central Ohio (Crown, Capital and Byers) and Hatfield was by far the best. Crown added $5,000 to the MSRP of a SX, which was a joke. Capital didn't have any inventory and didn't seem to know if/when any was arriving. Byers also wanted a price that was above MSRP.

Hatfield offered a 1% customer courtesy discount off the MSRP, which is an excellent brand-loyalty builder for them and saved me $406.00 off the sticker price. I also took advantage of a $1,500 cash rebate and 1.9% financing for 48 months done through Kia. This incentive offer runs through September 3. But Kia will likely have incentives after September 3.

So fellow Ohioans... if you want a fair price on your Telluride and a good car buying experience, check out Hatfield Kia in Columbus. Ask for Jeff Kazee. He's a topnotch salesperson and I highly recommend him.
