• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just picked up my new 2022 Telluride last night. At the dealership after close the salesman made the statement the infotainment center was "acting weird". The GPS kept stating the car was in Ypsilanti, MI and displaying the wrong time. Tried resetting it numerous times to no avail. Only a few radio station local work but most don't come in m no Sirius xm at all. On the Sirius xm screen it says antenna disconnected.
On a potentially unrelated note, my Samsung note 10+ doesn't charge in the wireless charging station. Does anyone else have this phone and know if it wireless charges?

Yes and actually I just tried my husband's phone and his worked. My phone is 2 years old and wireless charges on other things. Not sure why the telluride won't charge it!

1. Have you checked the physical status of the antenna on the roof?

2. Have you called Sirius to confirm that there's an active subscription for the radio in the vehicle?

3. The picture with the tubes that you uploaded indicates that you have outdated infotainment/map software. You might as well install the most recent update; although it may not solve your problems, I don't think it could hurt. (Just because your Telluride is new doesn't mean this software is up-to-date. My Telly was built in early May 2022, yet it required the software update, which I installed at home a few days after I picked up the vehicle. I suppose I could have asked the dealer to do it, since arguably they should have checked this before delivery, but it was easier to handle myself. The software is free.)

For the Navigation, Try disconnect the negative side of the Battrey, Sometimes it will reset the computer.

You are better than me.. i would not have left the dealership without it working properly and if i did the salesman must want me to bring it back in the morning!

Yes I have an S10+ and it wirelessly charges. Make sure your case is not too thick and has qi charging capability. Also the S10+ just fits meaning anything bigger than the S10+ (aka S22 ultra will not fit).

Seeing the continuing issues with parts and availability, Next morning is quite optimistic albeit impossible. I would leave it and grab a loaner to use until it works. At least there is incentive on their part to get it fixed being out a car. If you drive away your at the mercy of the dealership with no leverage. Either way it stinks, KIA shouldn't allow this.

Hi, I have a question for all prospective Telluride buyers. I had almost made up my mind to buy a Telluride but my co-worker asked me how many years has been since Telluride was launched? I said 2019. He then asked are you willing to pay 50k on a car which hasn't had user feedback for even 5 years? I had no idea how to answer him and this made me explore other options - known brands like Toyota & Honda. Then I have this scary link and the horror stories here : https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct...08147570999/&usg=AOvVaw3hb8A1UGMiWNqi02BGT_Uw . I know Kia offers great warranty but what good is it if folks have their cars at dealers waiting for parts to be available. I have never heard anything like this for Honda or Toyota. So the question is wouldn't it be better to let Kia Telluride be an established brand like Honda/Toyota Pilot/Highlander and then be ready to spend that much?

NHTSA investigating complaints Honda Pilots won't restart

If you allow yourself to be scared off by online complaint compilations, you'll never buy any vehicle. People post things in order to complain, vent, and solve problems much more often than to express their satisfaction.

If quality concerns are the main factor in your car-buying equation, then at least try to obtain relatively objective, systematically gathered data from a source like Consumer Reports or J.D. Power. Subjectively expressed fear-mongering is not your friend.

I concur with that my 2022 telluride has been great I just hit $7,500 miles on it and have had no issues very safe vehicle drives great awesome on gas mileage much better than my Durango.

Right - In fact Consumer Reports rates the Telluride higher than any other SUV with an almost unheard of score of 97. Reliablility is the biggest factor. The KIA Sorento, OTOH, suffers greatly for the same reason.
