The Telluride tows 5,000 lbs. My boat weighs 3,500 lbs, trailer is another 1,200 lbs and I weigh 200 lbs so 4,900 lbs has to be towed. This is dry weight with no gear or gas in the boat. Can the Telluride tow my boat up the mountains or am I too close to max? Wondering if I really need a SUV that can tow 7,500 lbs or maybe the Telluride will work?

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message.
