• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Anyone dealt with the hitch conundrum yet? Dealers are saying it may be many months before they have the OE stuff in, and the aftermarket suppliers are likely to be longer. I don't understand how the OE equipment can be available in the US, and for us to not have any idea of when it will be available. I'm likely to order in the US, and take a short drive to MT to retrieve.

Whte EX here

I bought the tow hitch in the states and had a friend bring it up , I too was frustrated with the ??? response from all the dealers in my area .
I worked the hitch and install into the deal , and they cut me a $800 cheque when I said I bought in US . Win for them , the 3 pieces cost me $750 after exchange and I will do the install myself .

From T.O here.

Thanks for the reply. I'll order from the states.

Installed it yesterday, luckily I have a lift . It went really well thanks to the instructions ( first time in my life I praised the engineers) . Fit and finish was top notch and I had it done in about 2 hrs . Taking breaks and dealing with kids .
Hooking the boat up in a bit and going out to the lake , I will report later tonight....

Telly pulled the boat like a dream , in and out of the water with ease .( 17 ' aluminium fish and ski , 2800 lb total )
I love my new ride !

Nice! Not sure I want to try the install myself without a lift. We love the car as well. Such a huge upgrade over our Outback.

Hey Guys, Toronto Telluride SXL on order here! anyone know the delivery time line for them. My dealer said they weren't even in production yet but from what i have read i know that's not true.

i think its worth the wait i just dont want to be waiting a year for it either

i would be on September at the earliest. With the shortage of the leather, and USA orders taking priority, it will be a while. My dealership basically offered my deposit back (without me asking) because they know they are not getting them anytime soon. The cars that came in on the West coast may have been a special dealer order that they ended up selling - I have not seen any in Ontario. I am taking my deposit back - I was excited to get the car, but i don't mind cancelling my order. The cars will already have lost value since the EX and SX have been out since March. If i'm buying a new car, i'd rather have it when it comes out and not when its been available for 6-7 months. My thinking is that the 2021 Telluride will have better trim options with black wheels and I will get that one. Hopefully they can also do a pano sunroof like the Atlas - but that might be wishful thinking.

Go Hyundai instead of telluride. It will available in July. It just same car but the Telluride just more nice from outside.
