• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Canadian 2021 Telluride

Why bother putting money into a vehicle you hate and are keeping for only 2 years?
who told you that?
I wrote that the build quality is depressing, but this is not only a telluride problem but of all cars assembled in North America. I knew about it and was ready for it.
Well, for 2 years I have to ride in comfort

And as a matter of fact, do you have an answer to the question?

You keep telling us you only keep cars for 2 years, and your own quote...

took the car today, looked at the build quality, compared to Korean it's just trash. Later I will write with a photo, so as an engineer, I'm just sure that in 10 years, even with a mileage of 8k per year, it will turn into a piece of shit.

Sure looks like complaining/hating to me, but then again, you are a pretty negative person from what I can see from your posts...

You always throw back when someone say something to you, but yet you don't see how negative you really are... getting to the point of not really wanting to read anything you say anymore cause most of us here (especially those who have not even picked it up yet), are happy and looking forward to getting our Telluride as opposed to bashing it on the SAME day you get it...

You are already looking ahead to what you will be getting next in 2 years... don't deny it.

So again I ask, why bother to sink money into a vehicle you think is trash and will be getting rid of in 2 years? Step rails won't contribute to comfort, it's more for convenience..

@GreekWiz,
Yes, I plan to keep telluride for 2 years, then change it to a new car.
If you have driven one car for 14 years, I have changed two dozen during this time and I can really appreciate the build quality. I don’t make a sacred cow out of Telluride like you. Nice car for good money, but build quality is shit. I'm realist.

And of course, you read the entire sentence and do not highlight only certain words - the meaning is lost.

Do you have answers to my questions regarding side steps or are you just pushing buttons?

Figure it out on your own, you seem to think you have every other answer...

I’m more interested in knowing if there are more people in Canada that ordered their tellurides before May but did not receive their car yet?

i ordered mine 7th of july and getting it this thursday ex black telluride

Can you post pics?
@T_ride,
Are you going to install?
I liked the black ones very much, I want to buy, but so far I can not find them at a normal price.

and If the 4PIN wiring is upgraded to 7PIN wiring ?
You puzzled me with this question, now there is no rest. I climbed under the car tonight as I could, it looks like there is a connector for 4 pin wire.
Well, it's not problem, it can always be done easily 7, if you do not install the brake controller in the on-board network.
You just need connect the wires to the socket under the car and pull additional wires from the battery.
7 pin will be ready. Use a wireless brake controller.
Done.

I went one step further and found a distributor in Canada (Edmonton) for these Romik ones (that site is $US).

Try Aero Car Parts - Edmonton Vehicle Accessories the guy replied back to me... Rick Schumacker rick@aerocarparts.net and for these he quoted me for these:

$765.00 landed 1 week eta from New York

Not a great price.

I also liked this model. Maybe we should make a group purchase and negotiate an additional discount? I expect to spend 500-700.
@T_ride , @GreekWiz what do you think?

Good price but I prefer all black
@T_ride , @GreekWiz ,
Guys, I have an offer from one dealer in Calgary if we make 3 cars:
oem black running board - 660,
installation - 125.
You can take only board.

What do you think? Cooperating?

Kia Canada didn’t get remote start on the key fob, only on the app from your phone still. So dumb.
all 2021 in Canada comes with Remote start on key fob I picked up mine 2021 SLX on Monday
