KIA Canada has updated the site as for 5 PM EST today. New rates available online.

Anyone negotiating with the dealer to see if KIA CA will not cover the diff ? My dealer wont give it in writing YET

true .. shoot looks like they took it down. i was able to see the new pricing till abt 6 ..just refreshed the site and its gone. update was against 'Telluride' label.. it didnt say 2020 or 2021 ..

I got my 2021 SXL with blackout plus side steps for $55,885. Financing is 3.99% for all months but I get 2.99% loyalty for owning another Kia. He said if the rates go down when the car arrives I will get that rate.

I don't think he is in Calgary (actually he is Ontario), I was the one that went to South Trail Kia
Signed the paperwork today, Black Copper "Blackline/Midnight" Edition was a very stress free thing...
2 hours in and out, but that included a 1 hour test drive of a SX and 15 minutes of wasting my time with the "finance guy" (I am paying cash, cause they are at 3.99%)
I actually signed the paperwork before I have ever test drove it.

Any news on the 7 pins hitch harness upgrade for CA Telly 2021? Also anyone aware of any dealers that have received their first 2021 Telluride? or have a date set for the first.

They have no knowledge of the 7-pin in Canada, I had to show him the KiaMedia.com site.

They can still add it for me, but it's like $900 for the original Kia hitch and aftermarket harness.

He said that last year it took 2 months to get updated parts knowledge in Canada.

I want the OEM hitch. I was also going to order WeatherTech mats, but the OEM ones they have are really nice, esecially the cargo area one. Another $600 total for all 3 rows and the back cargo.

Not happy about it, but at this point, I don't care, I want it the way I want it, and if it takes a bit more, then so be it. It will not need anything else once I pick it up, except probably winter rims/tires in a few months. I have a friend who owns a tire shop locally, and I want to support him in this difficult time.

OK people, I noticed something that I am not sure anyone else commented on or noticed...

Everyone is saying that the key fob with the remote start will NOT be coming to Canada, but yet on the Canadian build sheet, it's there.

I was also sent this same build sheet from a local dealer as well with yesterday's date on it.

Although it's the EX, all trims above this include everything from the lowest trim, which this is.

I think we might be in for a pleasant surprise and they will be included.

That just means it’s a smart key that lets you start the car with the push button inside. It’s not remote start.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone on this forum.

I am pretty stoked to finally be waiting for this Blackline Edition to arrive, and would not have happened with the awesome people here that helped (@shan.carter, @mario.b1985, and others)

Just looking to pay it forward, so I was helping someone else on Facebook from Canada (BC) on details regarding the 2021 models, so I thought it would be OK if I took @mario.b1985's PDF and cleaned up the dealer details on it, so others can use it if needed.

I hope thats cool. If not, let me know and I can remove them.

Page 1 is not as sharp as Page 2 and 3, because I did this late last night and started falling asleep (I started on Page 3). I was removing purple stuff one pixel at a time.

For Page 3, I simple blurred the picture with Everlasting Grey to save time.

Just a quick question. I ordered my Canadian Telluride in May ($2K deposit) and I didn’t hear from my dealership since then. Today I sent a txt to the sales agent and he replied stating “You Kia has been shipped from Korea and its on its way to Canada”.

Now, this confused me since I was under impression the Tellurides were made in USA so I asked him if this is the case and he stated some are made in USA but most of them come from Korea.
I just wanted to check to see if this is correct or was I just told a lie?

I don’t understand why would he need to lie. I wasn’t pissed or anything, I just politely asked for an update after 3 months of waiting. So weird. He lost my respect right there.

At this point I even wonder if they ever ordered the car. I never received any document stating so, just put a $2K deposit for a 2020 Telluride SXL version (no nappa).

I ordered a 2021 with no deposit. I was even the one who brought up the deposit. He said no need for that. Last year at another dealership they insisted on the deposit. That was April... I waited till September and took it back.

but definitely funny that he told you this. I would just call him out. Sometimes I felt like I knew much more than the sales guy at the dealership I went to last year.
Also, he should probably be telling you that you are getting a 2021 model instead? I don’t think they are shipping anymore 2020s.

I had to put a deposit of $2500 down to order mine, and I was given paerwork with agreed price and my deposit written on it.

I signed it and dealer signed it, and a copy given to me
