• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I happened across a YouTube video of a top spec Canadian model and the AWD system was totally different than that offered in the US. Anyone know the reason for this? I understand the packaging differences, but this AWD had separate ‘drive and terrain’ options, toggled by pushing down on the selector; terrain options for mud, etc were present.

On the US model, completely different options (other than Snow); and pushing down on the switch toggles center diff lock. I have a US SXP AWD.

Coming from Mercedes, I’m not used to seeing that level of granularity in function across North American models.
