• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Happened at my local car wash. I've had my Telluride washed there probably 20 times, but this time it cracked the black trip around the side mirror as well as some of the clear plastic. What's the best way get this repaired? I plan to sell my Telluride in the next 6 months.

DYI may be your least expensive repair option. Check out the part #'s required here then search for them as used parts on Ebay, etc. MIRROR-OUTSIDE REAR VIEW. 2021 Kia Telluride 3.8L AT 4WD S | Kia USA

At minimum, you'll most likely need the mirror housing & lamp cover. Also worth reaching out to the car wash owner / management to see if they'll explore covering the damage. Worth a try.

Going forward..... avoid any car wash with brushes, etc. that come in contact with your vehicle. No bueno.

Enjoy the ride new mirror.

Thanks for the info. Good advice. :)

Even though they give a disclaimer, provided you make them aware immediately, they will likely take care of it.
