• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I park right in front of my office and can see my car directly through a window most days, except for today. A customer had parked in my spot before I got to work this morning, so I was off to the side. I have a security camera system that displays in my office and noticed a couple of guys standing near my Telly pointing and walking around. My usual spot is protected but where I was today is in a spot where it would be easy for someone to hit my car while driving in. I was sure that's what had happened but they left before I could get out there. By the time I did everything looked fine. Pulled up the security footage and they were just looking it over. You can see them both looking at it as they slowly drive into the parking lot, then walk over pointing different features out to each other. Then when they were done here in the office and were leaving they pulled up alongside and sat looking again for a couple of minutes. Still have only seen the two different ones here in town, both in parking lots but several friends have mentioned seeing tv commercials. I can only guess what they were saying, but I think having it rebadged leads to more questions than normal. It was a bit unnerving at first but then fun to see the video.
