• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have a 2021 Telluride with the “oval” badge. Because I have sometimes followed my wife while she drove the Telly, I have observed that when the brakes are applied, the center brake light above the rear door will flash.

However I have been behind a few newer Tellurides, with the new badging, and have noticed that when people in those cars apply breaks, the center brake light doesn’t flash like mine does.

Is this just a fluke or was there a design change in how that light operates?

Did your dealer, by chance, add the pulse system to your third brake light as an add-on?

If he did it was unbeknownst to me. I ordered mine from the factory but as it was a few days from the time it arrived at the dealer and when I was able to drive to Texas to pick up, I suppose that’s possible.
