  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi y'all. My nearest Kia dealership just changed owners. I can see in Failcat that there is now a queue for the old owners and one for the new owners. Does anyone know what the process is for changing owners when it comes to picking up orders? Do the old orders shift over to the new dealer, so if I order with the new dealer I'd still be behind all of those? Or does the old queue keep rolling while the new queue starts fresh with new orders? Just wondering if I can take advantage of this and get in a shorter line. I think they're still going to charge an absolutely laughable amount over MSRP so I may not care, just curious!
