We discovered a design flaw this weekend, I'm posting to hopefully prevent any one else from having this trouble and to find out if anyone knows if it would be considered a warranty repair. We had an adult get into the third row over the weekend. When she climbed in her belt loop caught the plastic clip that is meant to hold the seatbelt in place close to the frame of the car. I took pictures showing how the clip is positioned just right for this to happen. It's clearly a design flaw, the clip should be facing backwards to prevent this from happening while holding the belt in place just the same. It caught her belt loop so there was some force behind the pull but I think it could just as easily happen with a purse/backpack strap or a pocket.
We are taking my Telly in to get the headlights checked Wed morning, wondering if this would be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty and I should ask about it then. If only this were the first bit of damage. Someone dinged my passenger front door last weekend, putting a very small crease right in the middle.
