In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Delivery to Dealership

So I ordered on 5/7/19 and was given my VIN# on 5/24/19 and ETA for 6/2/19. Iwas really excited that things were moving right along. My salesman has been great at keeping me updated. The problem I am having now is since that ETA of 6/2/19, she ship date has been moved back every week since then. for instance it was supposed to have shipped on 6/15 to arrive a dealership on 6/19. Get a call from my salesman on Monday that it has got pused back again. I mean REALLY this has went on for 3 weeks. I'm 5 hours from GA, and the dealership is saying they have no clue why this keeps happening.
Has anyone had any problems with this. Sorry for the rant, I'm just really frusterated.

Seems really quick that you got a VIN number and 17 days. That's barely enough time to even process an order. Is that information been provided to you by word of the dealer mouth or has he provided you documentation? I'd pressed for an email for documentation to validate would you be told.

Well you did the right thing. But it's anyone's guess. Kia is obviously having problems producing these vehicles fast enough to meet demand. I'm sure their entire logistics is discombobulated. if your dealer is being a friend with you and you have proof of that than it is probably just the factory being overwhelmed

I guess I could be more understanding if the card was still in production, but it is just sitting in GA ready to be shipped. This has def been a crazy expierence
