• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I bought a 2021 Telluride EX under the impression that it had all-wheel drive. I read the owner's manual that showed the dial where you could choose the drive mode that included "snow" and "4-wheel lock." My vehicle doesn't have this on that dial -- just the various drive modes ("smart, economy, sport," etc.) Does this mean I don't have all-wheel drive, or does it mean that I have it and it only engages when the front wheels are slipping? It would be nice to know when I'm driving on a snowy road.

Correct, you have the FWD model. It should also say on your window sticker.

One quick way to tell is on the rear lift gate. If it’s AWD; it will have a badge on the left side.
