Does weather forecast only work with UVO subscription?

Correct, it is supposed to be tied to an active Kia Connect subscription on all models that use connected services for weather (that’s all software versions since 14.0, April 2020). It requires the Ultimate plan if you look at the different plans available on the Kia Connect website. However, some unicorns on the forum have reported still being able to get theirs to work despite the fact that their subscription has lapsed. So it has happened, but don’t count on it.

Thx for the info. I don’t know if its coincidental but it also happened right after I tried to link the calendar in my Kia Connetc app which I’ve had stopped the unnecessary notifications for a while.
