Downloading phonebook

Is Kia having problems with downloading the phonebook. from my galaxy s20 to my 2021 telluride sx I'm thinking it's a problem with Kia. My wife has a 2019 Sorento and a galaxy s10, and she has the same problems.
It either won't allow me to do it (I get a blank screen), or it tells me the memory is full, delete some contacts even though there aren't any.
I have 2 resets with the same results. Anyone having the same problem, or does anyone have a fix.

Hi! My Telly is doing the same right now as well as other various technology issues, instrument panel etc. I took it to a dealership yesterday and they had no clue.
