  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... A dealer called me the other day and wanted to get me in to try to sell the last Tellruide on the lot. I told them I want $8k for my fusion cash and the EX model for $400 a month.
After going today they ended up quoting me $514 a month - 0 down with taxes , fees, etc (taxes and fees end up being about $65 a month). but I had to use $1250 of the $8k towards a trade in value. Then they would would give me $6750 in check/cash. But then on top if this theres a $2,250 Drive off - which I wasnt sure if that was bundled in to the $514 a month or not. I feel like the drive off should be part of the $514 a month -if not I end up paying $22,000k (for a 40k msrp) after taxes over 36 months which seems really high. I was going to ask about the "Drive off" price if they call me back. I know he said that includes the first months payment so it makes me think I do have to pay all that drive off.

So I think the drive off fees were included in the 514 a month. another dealership quoted me $505 (includes taxes, fees, etc) with $1250 down from my trade in for the EX... I still think $440ish + taxes, fees with $1250 down is too high for my 2nd place car. I will see what the Hyundai cost (guessing it will be more) and then maybe by then the kias will be lower...
