• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Curious to see if anyone else has had this issue as my local dealer said I was the second Telluride in today with this problem. My driver side seat belt alarm doesn't work. All the other seats work fine - it's just the driver side. I know there will be many of you that think this is a good thing... lol. So if I never put my seat belt on, there is no notification - neither visually nor via sound. I brought my 2023 SX Prestige X-Line in today for an oil change and tire rotation so while it was there I had them look at this. I had done some research online before I brought it in and read that there is a wire connection under the drivers seat (which is basically used to stop the alarm from working if you want). I checked the connection and it was fine.

The dealer said that they had to call the tech line because they couldn't solve it. The tech line wanted the dealer to take apart my dashboard. I squashed that! Honestly I don't care that it doesn't work - but since it's under warranty and I had it there - let them try. But I draw the line at them taking apart my dashboard, especially when everything else works perfectly. I don't need to create a headache that doesn't exist.

In any case - really just wanted to see if anyone else had/has this issue and got it resolved. If so, do you know what the resolution was?
