• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Took delivery about a month ago, have <500 miles still as we don't drive all that much. Only today did I notice that the trailing edge of the passengers front door does not close flush to the body. There is a noticeable gap where the edge sticks out from the car by 1/8-1/4". The driver's side is fine, both panels line up well and are flush. But on the passenger side they are definitely not aligned.

Is it more likely this was a fault during assembly or that there was damage in transit and the dealer repaired it without notifying me?

Is this something they can easily adjust or will it require new parts & then new paint/blending of paint?

I'm trying to get a good picture to demonstrate this without much luck. This is best I've gotten so far.

Is it most noticeable at the bottom?

My 21 was like that as well on the passenger side. The body shop fixed it when it was in the shop for a separate issue. I believe they just had to realign the door.

yes, definitely most noticeable at the bottom. Good to hear it may be easy fix. Original dealer, who is in different state than me, confirmed this afternoon that there were no repairs done on it. So it seems to have come from factory that way.

I have this problem with my 2021. It gradually gets bigger and bigger.
