Every type of Kia has its own personality. So, we’ve created different UVO suites—eServices, eco, and luxe—designed with their own set of features and services for tailored convenience. While all UVO-equipped vehicles include the standard essentials, with the exception of UVO play, both eco and luxe include extra features that help enhance their unique profiles.

Emergency Services
Roadside Assistance: Standard UVO eServices, eco, and luxe, Roadside Assistance means no looking up phone numbers or trying to figure out your location in an emergency. With just a push of a button, you’ll be immediately connected to help that’s available 24/7.*
911 Connect: In an emergency, we’re here to help. That’s why 911 Connect is available across all UVO suites, offering peace of mind with help in certain situations. If an airbag deploys, UVO will attempt to automatically call 911 and send the vehicle’s location to an emergency response agent.
Infotainment & Communications
Hands-free Calling and Texting: Using UVO’s advanced voice recognition, you make calls with both hands on the wheel. iPhone® users can also send hands-free texts via voice command.
Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ Compatibility: Whether you own an iPhone® or Android™, UVO lets you tune in and utilize your favorite smartphone features.
Personal Assistant
Parking Minder: With UVO eServices, Parking Minder lets you save your parking location right on your UVO app, plus set parking times and meter reminders. And with UVO eco and UVO luxe, Find My Car offers similar features with even more capability.
My POIs with Send-to-Car: Add favorite places on your smartphone app or online portal to sync with your Kia and get turn-by-turn directions the next time you drive.
Trip Info: Get all you data in one place. Trip Info tracks your monthly driving habits, like how much, how fast, and how far you drive—and gives you a driving score.
Diagnostics & Service
Vehicle Diagnostics: Quickly and easily run a vehicle diagnostics check with just the press of a button. Call Roadside Assistance for immediate attention or schedule a service right from your car’s head unit or app.
Critical Diagnostic Alert: This feature is designed to notify you of certain critical issues with your Kia. And with a push of a button on your head unit or app, you can request Roadside Assistance or schedule an appointment with your nearby or preferred Kia dealership.
My Car Zone
Curfew Limit Alert: Help keep your Kia and loved ones on schedule. If your vehicle is being driven past a preset time, Curfew Alert will send a notification to your smartphone.
Speed Alert: Designed to help you stay informed and give you peace of mind, this system can let you and the driver know when your Kia is being driven past your set speed limits.
Geofence Alert: Set up restricted areas or boundaries for your Kia. And if the driver breaks the Geo Fence rules, you’ll receive an alert via the smartphone app.
Awards
Challenge yourself to be the best driver you can be. With the UVO app, you can receive badges for driving efficiently, scheduling maintenance visits, adding POIs, and much more. The more active you are, the more badges you collect. It’s the fun way to stay on top of things while making the most out of every drive.
UVO eco
In addition to the UVO essentials, UVO eco owners can enjoy these added eco features to help keep them charged and ready to go. The suite even has the added convenience of remote features.
Charging Status Control: Check if your vehicle is done charging without taking a step outside. View your Kia’s battery charge status from your computer, tablet, or smartphone using the online portal or app.
Charge Schedules: With Charging Schedules, you can plug in anytime and charge when you want to. You can even schedule times that repeat automatically, making it easy to charge up during off-peak hours when electric rates are at their lowest.
Find Charging Stations: Need a charge? Finding one is quick and easy with UVO’s Nearby Stations feature. No need to look anything up—just select the Nearby Stations icon on your vehicle screen, in the app, or via the online portal, and you’ll get real-time info on nearby locations.
Remote Lock/Unlock: Don’t remember if you locked your door? With Remote Lock/Unlock, there’s no need to go outside to check. You can always send a command to lock or unlock your Kia right from the UVO eco app or online portal.
Remote Climate Control: Set yourself up for comfort right from the get-go. Remotely start your engine from the smartphone app. Then either turn on the heater and defroster to stay warm or turn on the air conditioner to keep cool. For the perfect cabin climate the moment you step in.
Find My Car: Keep track of your Kia, even when you’re not driving it. The Find My Car feature can locate your Kia remotely and give you directions to it, helping put your mind at ease when your friend or family member is behind the wheel.

The Prestige Club: Kia’s exclusive concierge-like service line for UVO luxe owners. With membership to the Prestige Club, you’ll receive immediate access to Kia’s luxury services call center, where a dedicated service representative is ready to offer helpful resources and information to make the most out of your driving experience.
Remote Engine Start/Stop: Start or stop your engine without having to step foot inside your Kia. You can even warm up or cool down the cabin with Remote Climate Control. Simply send a command from your UVO luxe smartphone app or the online portal.
