  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I looked for a sub-forum for forum issues but didn't find one, so I'm posting here. I found a typo on one of my recent posts but the Edit link is missing. So, I looked at a number of my posts and I don't see it on any of them.

Is it me or is there an issue with the forums?

Of course, when I posted this one, the Edit link is there :D

I haven’t experienced this issue; all my responses have had the edit feature 🤷‍♂️

The edit link is usually available until someone responds on your post which makes it copied below then you can’t edit anymore

Thanks! I wasn't aware of that "feature".

Hi there! Editing is a time limited feature. Otherwise we could have somebody come along in two years and delete all their messages - making discussions difficult to comprehend. Please let me know which posts you need edited, and what those edits are.

Thank you

Cool! Thank you. I need to proof read my novels before I post them ;) I have a couple in this post:

2021 Telluride Detailing Thread

Not that it's a common problem, but I had to but buy a different adapter for mine.

I found the Adams was the best compromise of p[rice price and performance.

One down side to this, I like to create a running list of all the mod's I've done to my car. And in other forums I just update the original post. But I cant do that here.

You could put that information in your signature, which I believe gets updated with any changes, even in your previous posts.

Yes I could, but a mod list in the signature could get long and not really the place for it.

Its the ideal place to put it so any member can instantly see what you have done and reach out if they want to , also adds credibility to Your comments pertaining to mods
