• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Forward Collision Warning Misfire

I have a Telluride 2021 and currently having the same FCA problem. I just came back from the dealer and was told that the bracket that holds the bumper sensor is bent and facing downwards. They compared the sensors bracket to other Tellurides in the lot and that is how they identified the problem. I will be returning in 2 weeks because they will order the replacement bracket. I will post back, if I remember, once the bracket is installed.
Wow. No wonder it was seeing things! Looking forward to pics when you can post them.

Took in the Telluride yesterday. Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures of the before and after. I will comment back in a few weeks to let you guys know if the problem disappeared.

Our 2021 Telluride is also having Forward Collision Assist issues. It randomly says the radar is blocked then the message disappears. It also beeps as if there is about to be a collision when there is not and automatically brakes. We nearly got killed on the highway from the braking. The dealer said they found no error codes and that I might try getting a car wash. Well, I did that and it is still happening. Now the dealer says they need the issue recreated at the dealership so that they can get a code to send to KIA international. I understand that they have no idea what the problem is but it is dangerous to drive with this. I have manually turned the system off every time I start the car but who wants to have to do that and frankly I feel like the dealership could put a little more effort into trying to fix the issue. I can't recreate the issue while parked at the dealership.
OMG the exact same thing is happening to me! A
Small animal was impacted and ever since then the same issues as you: at every startup disable the function, the breaking at high speeds with NO danger. I did a car wash. I think I will unplug the battery to reset it (someone mentioned that to me).
