• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Anyone put one of these on? I am afraid they will leave at the valve. What does the dealer say when you go for oil changes?

I change my own oil and have them on my vehicles. The dealership may not like it since the oil does drain a little slower. I have over 100k miles with one installed with no problems. But if your not going to change your own oil I would not get one.

Yeah, unless you're doing it, why?

Normally what I have always done, if 1/2 my oil changes. If the Dealer does it at 8000, then I do my own at 4000. This way I know the oil is being changed frequently (I dont buy into the 8000 miles without an oil change), and I am also sure that the warranty is being covered by having the dealer do the "recommended" service intervals

So the Fumoto value would make it easier on ME
