• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Not sure if this is the right sub,

So was sitting in the car today waiting on the fam, everything is off, radio powered down etc., heard a clicking noise which i first took as wind, being it was windy today.
Heard this clicking randomly didn't think much of it until caught the corner my eye, the gauges started to move, almost as if the car was cycling to start but cuts it off right away as if the battery was dead.
Thought I pressed something but I have all the keys and its a 2020 so no remote start, uvo app is closed out on my phone, and it does it again, just randomly. I tried to get video of it but stopped doing it and few minutes later actually started the car to leave.
Anyone seen or heard anything like this?

Sounds like the BCM performing some sort of self check

Same exact findings on my 21 EX tonight. The car had been off for 2 hours, i sat in it to read the owners manual to troubleshoot the fan being on when i left work despite the climate control system being off and no “auto” boxes were checked under settings. Anyway I made a video and sent it to the dealership. We’ll see.

Your battery is dead need a new one. My Telluride had the same issue. After battery was replaced all has been good. How long have you had your car and is your battery the original one?
