Hi! I got my 2016 kia soul's softwear update, and they washed my car too. So, after that my outside temprature sensor is going crazy saying it's 120 degrees outside but it's only 80? I am not sure if it's because the water got into the senor which I'll probably have to wait until it dries or do I have to replace it? Because I went back to them and the man was like we are no responsible for that. And I am like fam, you messed it up.
He even told me it's probably sticking to something hot. And I am like so, ya'll cannot fix what you broke? And he's like because it's a rebuilt title, It's not covered in the warranty. And I am like umm... but you broke it and didn't check it even after I asked if you took it for a spin to make sure if everything works fine after the update.
