• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi Everyone!

I can't figure out how to get to the "remote start" feature in the app.

I have an SX model, and my UVO app doesn't show the remote start. On the "Dashboard" tab, under the image of the vehicle, the left side has lock/unlock, and the right side has climate control. I don't see the "remote start" feature, which from other screenshots I've seen online, should be on the left side.

Is this dependent on your smartphone software? I'm running iOS 12.3.1 on an iPhone 7 Plus. I'm using the "Kia Access with UVO Link" app, which is what the dealer had me download and set up.

Thanks!
Kris

it's in the climate control from what others have said... click that and set it and it'll start from there.

What ucinn said. Set your climate and then you’ll have the option to start. The process is so odd and I hope they come out with a mod to add the remote start to the FOB.
