Hi everybody,

My name is Vito, my username is DIYLIGHTGUY. We are purchasing a 2025 KIA TELLURIDE SX-PRESTGE X-LINE today. I read a lot of great reviews on this vehicle, and my mechanic, highly recommended it. This vehicle will be for my wife. Her Tesla Y was totaled 3 weeks ago, due to someone pulling out in frot of me from a side street. I survived with some cuts and bruises, but the Tesla did not. Actually, the air bags caused most of the damage to me. Anyway, we have 2 grandsons, so we need a vehicle with 3 row seating. I have some questions for my fellow Telluride owners.
1. Since this vehicle has a lot of bells and whistles, and a lot of electronic gadgets, should I opt in on the extended warranty? If yes, what is a fair price I should pay? I am located in Southern California.
2. I am very handy and follow directions. We want to add all black running boards, so the grandkids can get into the vehicle easier, do any of you recommend a bolt on running board that is easy to install and what brand I should purchace?
3. I also want to add a bolt on tow hitch, so I can carry my mobility scooter ( I am an old fart that needs double knee replacement ). Any bolt on trailer hitch, that is easy to install recommendations will be appreciated.

Get those knees done! I had a knee replacement 2-years ago. Life has never been better. Life changing.

Welcome to the forum.
I ordered black running boards on my 24, not sure what the aftermarket has to offer.
I put an extended warranty on it for the electronics, if you get one, make sure it is a Kia warranty, you don't want 3rd party.
There is a Kia tow hitch option, I can't comment as I don't tow anything.......good luck..
