• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... That would be all those politicians and other fed employees living high in Loudon Co and thereabouts paying those ridiculous markups. Some of those employees even live near me, some right in my neighborhood, a couple hours west of NOVA. From the pay and perks they’re getting they can afford it. I know this because some of them straight up tell me how good they have it.

Finalizing an order for an SX which has an MSRP of ~$48K. A local Chevy dealer has 5 new 2020 Chevy Suburbans they are looking to move for the same price. Anyone out there with 4+ kids think I'm crazy to buy the Telluride if I could get a Suburban for the same price?

Did you consider the suburban? If price was not an issue would have bought it over telluride?

I have yet to really comment on the high prices because if people want to pay that price, well, that is their choice. For me though, part of the overall 'package' that the Telluride offers is the value compared to similar vehicles at the same price point. An SXP AWD at $48-49K MSRP is a fantastic value!! It is an absolute home run in that price range. If you start talking $55+K then a lot of that value is lost (for me) and you are comparing it to a different class of vehicle. To each their own.... 🤷‍♂️
