Do you realize the quality of your sentence structure sometimes makes it impossible to understand what you're saying?

Sorry

It happens. Nothing personal I just didn't know if you were aware.
Sorry![]()
Sadly, mediators and courts rarely care about your opinion. Especially when fighting a corporation. Listen to your lawyers, and cut and run when they tell you. Fight the NDA, but understand youβll have to sign one anyway.patience, only patience, it's over. Kia behaved in my opinion not worthy and not honest. This information will be useful to new buyers mainly. This week I will tell you everything, there is no time yet. In short: over the past 5 years, I bought 5 new Kia / Hyundai and always said that this brand is worth taking, but after what happened, as if there will be no more Koreans from me and I do not advise anyone else to buy. The cars are good, the price is good, the quality is disgusting and, most importantly, the manufacturer's attitude to his mistakes and the desire to correct them is completely absent.
this is not the case for those who choose tellu because of the price. I knowing, knowing that it doesn't work for them.![]()
all right you say. Unfortunately, in North America, legal law is stuck in the Stone Age, and that's the problem. Also, the problem is in ourselves, according to my branch you can see how many people consider buying a new car and repainting it right away - it's normal. Or maybe they just don't understand the difference between factory and refinish paint and how it affects the residual value. Well, the non-disclosure agreement is just the peak. It will also appear for me, but I did not sign it. Wait for details.Sadly, mediators and courts rarely care about your opinion. Especially when fighting a corporation. Just my experience, but not with Kia.

It'd be one thing if this was major defects...a few cosmetic nicks that don't even rise to the level of scratches? Is this a handmade Maybach or Rolls? One drive on the highway and you'll have more defects than this. Finally got through this entire thread. If I stressed myself out over a car this much I'd have a heart attack. It's just a car....if you're unhappy trade it in and get something new.

From the pictures you posted in the beginning of this thread, I'm not surprised you've been ignored by everyone at your dealer and Kia corporate. The fact that you think those are major defects kind of puts it on you for missing them. If I was half as anal as you, I'd have checked that car out with a magnifying glass. You'll also never find a car to buy that meets your exacting standards.another expert.
How did you determine that these are minor defects and not a major?
FYI: I do not take into account and keep quiet about the interior, it is really easy to fix, but real experts qualify painting defects as a major.

JACKASS!
Exactly. It really doesn't matter what others think. If a car bothered me this much it would be gone. Keeping it would only cause me health problems. I would suggest something in the luxury car segment, like a Lexus. You will get top dollar selling the Telluride right now. No better time to let it go.Finally got through this entire thread. Yup, as per the earlier Elsa comment... let it go. πͺExactly. It really doesn't matter what others think. If a car bothered me this much it would be gone.
